The titles of Land/Building owner is the same however, the definition is on a path of a whole new level. Listen to Penelope & her guest " SNO" speak about the new codes, regulations, & fines up to $1,200,000 per code the entrepreneurs could suffer by mid 2025.   The NEW GREEN DEAL OR World Economic Forum Green Agenda is changing the face of the landscape. Hardcap on Carbon Emissions & Climate

Achieving the goals set forth in the Climate Action Strategy will require building on our extensive framework of collaboration to include everyone in our community, while also working diligently to secure and accelerate ambitious public and private investments.

New York has Local Law 97 of which building owners are fighting the strict time limits and fines.
