The Report was forced as a HOAX when it was secretly divulged by a John Doe who said the American people had a right to know. He was supposedly on the committee of 15 who wrote the report. Many believe it is a TRUE GOVERNMENTAL REPORT. Its main central point was how The Constitution & Bill of Rights would be lost if we were to become DISARMED  from our weapons of self-defense for mankind. A study to determine the problems facing the USA if the world moved from an era of war to a Golden Age of Peace.
